Where your errors sleep at night
Your telemetry is a national export.
Every error, every breadcrumb, every session replay your UK application emits is telemetry. When it crosses a border, it becomes subject to foreign jurisdiction. Most error tracking services route this data through US infrastructure by default.

Ours doesn’t leave.
In plain English
CLOUD Act, decoded.
What US law says
The Clarifying Lawful Overseas Use of Data (CLOUD) Act of 2018 requires US-based providers to hand over data stored anywhere in the world when served with a valid US warrant.
This applies to any company incorporated in the United States, or any foreign subsidiary of a US parent. The location of the server is irrelevant. If the company is US-subject, the data is US-reachable.
FISA Section 702 and Executive Order 12333 extend surveillance authorities to non-US persons’ data held by US providers, often without individual warrant requirements.
Our position
Skyie Global Technologies Ltd is a UK company. It has no US parent, no US subsidiary, no US officers, and no US incorporation. The CLOUD Act does not apply.
Your data is stored on infrastructure owned by Contabo GmbH, a German company, in their Portsmouth data centre. Neither Contabo nor Skyie is US-subject.
We respond to lawful UK requests (ICO, UK courts) under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We do not respond to US warrants, subpoenas, or national security letters, because we have no legal obligation to do so.
Transparency note: this public website is fronted by Cloudflare’s London edge for DDoS protection. Your event payloads pass through (encrypted TLS) but are not persisted there. Enterprise customers can request a direct ingest hostname. See the Trust Centre for the full subprocessor list.
